As Director of Morgan Philips Executive Search, with over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Lorena leads the Technology practice(practice o division) for the Iberian region. Since joining Morgan Philips, Lorena has played a pivotal role in the creation and development of the division, positioning it as one of the most successful verticals throughout the company's history in Iberia.

The division works for national and international companies, both end customers, integrators and manufacturers, which is specially relevant in the fast-moving and ever-changing market ecosystem in which it operates. The team has undertaken significant strategic projects helping companies prepare themselves for the continuous technological evolution at a global level

Robert Mariné, Executive Director of Morgan Philips Executive Search, is responsible for the Sales & Marketing business in Spain and Portugal. He has outstanding knowledge of FMCG companies and their most sought-after functions within the framework of business development and their Marketing strategy (on and off-line).

After more than 20 years in the Executive Search sector, since 2010 he has led the growth of Morgan Philips' business in Barcelona, developing all the businesses and teams of the Barcelona office.

As Director of Morgan Philips Executive Search, Angels leads the Industry and Engineering practice for the Iberian peninsula. Angels has extensive experience in Executive Search, previously in the Healthcare sector, as well as in B2B, Industrial Operations, Engineering, Innovation and Supply Chain.
