Before joining Morgan Philips in 2000, Fernando worked as HR Director at Randstad, Deloitte and El Corte Inglés. He has extensive experience in national and international people management strategy projects, individual and group coaching, management development, etc.
Fernando is specialised in the services, financial and pharmaceutical sectors. He is director of the Executive Master's Degree in Human Resources at the Garrigues centre and collaborates with national and international business schools, participating in various forums and media.
With over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Raquel has accumulated valuable knowledge and experience in talent assessment and talent management projects. For the past 14 years, she has been an active member of the Morgan Philips team, where she cultivated her expertise in various sectors and key areas of Talent Development.
Prior to this, she held significant roles in Recruitment and Search at leading companies such as TMP Worldwide and Hudson. In her current role, she leads strategic consulting projects focusing on the optimisation and effective management of the Human Resources area. Her project portfolio ranges from training and performance assessment programmes to development initiatives, 360 feedback and cultural alignment. Raquel stands out for her resolution capacity, flexibility in client management, efficiency and versatility.
With over 20 years of experience in HR project management, Judith stands out as an expert in leading change management projects and management skills development.
Prior to joining Morgan Philips in 2008, she was Operations Director at Hay Selección, where she led the Competency Assessment and Development practice, making a significant contribution to the enrichment and strengthening of the team. Her approach is distinguished by working for diverse sectors and clients, adapting to the specific needs of each of them, in a personalised, efficient and clear manner.
